Try before you buy
You can download a free sample model from our homepage and open it in your own software to confirm the format works for you before you ever create an account or pay. We strongly encourage you to test the sample and confirm the Service meets your needs before buying a credit pack.
Failed generations are always free
Each generation uses one or more credits. If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credit for that generation is automatically returned to your balance. You are never charged credits for a failed result. You can retry a failed generation at no additional credit cost.
Purchased credit packs
- Unused packs: if you have not spent any credits from a purchase, you may request a full refund of that purchase within 14 days of buying it.
- Partially used packs: once you have spent one or more credits from a purchase, that purchase is non-refundable. This is because each generation triggers real, non-recoverable third-party computing costs at the moment it runs.
- Credits already spent on completed generations are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email hello@satellitedesign.studio from the address on your account, including the approximate date of purchase and the pack you bought. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe.
Problems with the Service
If something goes wrong (for example, credits were charged but no Output was delivered and not automatically refunded), contact us and we will make it right, including restoring credits or refunding where appropriate.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. We can usually resolve issues faster than a chargeback. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with unresolved chargebacks.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of British Columbia, Canada. Where those laws give you greater rights than this policy, those laws apply.
